The Humane Society of the Piedmont offers rabies vaccines for $10 every Monday through Friday from 10am-4pm (closed from 12-1 for lunch) and every other Saturday from 8am-12pm. Davidson co animal shelter in Lexington does them daily M-F starting at 11am but u have to call to make sure the person is going to be there. 10 dollars each
