Shout out to the all the staff there but special shout out to Dr. Coates!. We didn't know where to go, our dog had a broken leg. We went to a hospital prior and they were booked up. We got to N. Elm Hospital around 10:30am and the whole staff was so caring, they took us in with no hesitation. Dr Coates went above and beyond to help us and so patient with us. She even went to the pharmacy with us to get the prescription since they were giving us issues. We are so grateful!

Love North Elm Animal Hospital. Dr. Coates and Dr. Borgman have taken wonderful care of our 2 dogs and 2 cats for almost 15 years now. The staff members are pleasant and kind and so very helpful!!

Great office. They do drain but do not if they put them to sleep or not. Just. Just call the office they are very nice 👍.
