Why can’t this restaurant get it together I have waited for my server over 15 min I finally got up to go ask any server and met up to the manager( which I didn’t know at the time as he was sitting down at a table by the kitchen,) I

It is hit or miss there unfortunately. I assume management is a local resident due to most restaurants in the area lack customer service as well. No training.

We never had to wait more the 3 minutes. The wait staff are attentive, will check back throughout our dining.

Always had good experiences there

I always sit in the lounge. Sometimes they get busy but they work thier tales off. Kellie the bartender on Tuesday and Wednesday is the best if you want to sit at the bar or Thursdays in the lounge.

I have also been there several times without waiting but just a few minutes. Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience.

I'm sorry. I have Been there several times, with my daughter and granddaughter, we have NEVER waited more than 2 minutes for a server.
