Positive: Staff was nice Negative: The phone to the front desk did not work. The room next to us had a domestic fight both nights the point the law inforcement should of been called. It was on the first floor so the front desk could hear it but did nothing. Awful stay!

Positive: Nothing Negative: Everything! Was the most disgusting hotel/hotel room I¿ve experienced. Urine in elevator. Room not usable, sheets dirty and stained, bathroom dirty/mold, food in frig, air conditioner broken, burns in bedspread. Didn¿t stay. Can¿t seem to get ref

The email from Priceline said check in was at 1:00. Would not let us check in until 2:45, stating check in time was 3. Clerk that checked us in was not helpful and acted inconvenienced. No coffee in room. No ice bucket or ice machine. Looks like smoke detector was ripped out of ceiling/was missing. Card left in room says if need something dial "0" on room phone-no phone in room. Floors dirty. Room numbers are written on masking tape with marker. Likely the worst hotel I have stayed at, and we travel a lot.

Very basic, they are pet friendly, but you pay a $50 CASH ONLY PET FEE. If your pet doesn't make a mess, or destroys anything, then you can get it back when you leave, just give them your receipt before you leave. The bed was very hard to sleep on, not much rest for me, I guess I like softer mattresses. Don't expect a cart, to help bring your bags in, they seem to only have one and someone else kept it...
