The commute to KFC was short. The wait in drive thru was short. The employee who took our order and served us our order was professional and kind. The food was on point..... Very good and no complaints whatsoever.

My boyfriend and I stopped here before 8PM yesterday, and were heavily disappointed... which sucked so much, as we were both craving chicken and had hopes that KFC would resolve that. We ordered the Sides meal; we chose the extra crispy tenders with biscuits, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes + gravy, and fries. The tenders were far from crispy and terribly small, but even worse, the rest of our food looked and tasted like it had been sitting for at least a few hours, as it wasn't even warm and tasted terrible. The fries and biscuits were the worst items aside from the tenders, and the gravy was just about the only thing that was remotely close to being warm and tasty. The only good thing about our visit was the nice girl working the window and how quickly we were served despite how busy they were at the time. Two stars for fast and friendly service at the drive-thru; three stars taken off for our entire order not being hot, fresh food. Also, zoom in on the sign in the window concerning sauces; we both noticed this and found it to be absolutely absurd. That's not a lot of sauce at all, but we had our own at home and it's better than KFC's, anyway.

This place is the WORST. My husband went through this drive through, ordered dinner and was over charged. After being over charged he was told to go sit and wait for his food. He went and sat waiting for nearly an hour. Every car around him received their food but our order still wasn't brought out. He went and knocked on the door and the employees gave him a dirty look and walked away. He then sat in the drive through line for an additional 25 minutes. He was given attitude when he politely asked for a refund.

I'm not sure but the service is so quick inside and thru the drive-thru I can't imagine needing to order online.
