Who should I complain regarding parking spaces? Car got towed because we parked at a space right across the museum with a big sign says VISITOR PARKING! Is the museum and the apartment place trying to con visitors to park and get towed?

Unfortunately, the Naval Park does not control the signage or the policing of the parking lot, which is owned by the Buffalo Municipal Housing Authority.

They should have clearly say for Apartment Visitor. How do museum visitors know that is for visitor for apartments only and NOT for Museum visitor? There is no info at all if that Visitor are meant for apartment visitor. Plus it is right in front of the museum. I bet everyday there are tons of museum visitor parked their car there and got towed. Seems like a con to make money out of the misleading signs. The museum needs to warn museum visitors to park at the right place or make sure to update the sign like adding the word, APARTMENT VISITORS ONLY! If that is not your sign then tell the owner of the sign to REMOVE Visitor Parking sign or update it to be clear. My family vacation is ruined because of this unclear parking sign. Had to stay up all night with no place to sleep to wait till morning to get the car.
