My daughter was 10 when she started last year. But now they do have a new program for kids since so many came came in when we did. It's an awesome program. My daughter is not over weight she just wanted to gain strength. Myself I learned to cook more healthier for the whole family and I lost a good grip of weight. This is definitely a great family program. We hope to see you there!
