Pupusas are ok, but is Bakersfield cannot find better pupusas.

The food was good, the very small pupusas. Everything was delicious, the only thing is the small portions for 5 pupusas, a small glass of cabbage, the sauce was more water than sauce. They charge $1.45 to pay with a card, the waitress told me, if you don't want to pay extra it is better to pay cash. Little staff to serve and tatdan in serving food. I had 5 pupusas, a horchata and an order of empanadas and I paid $26 for everything.

This place is good, with room for improvement. Expectations should be average as doesn't really stand out much. To be fair, I visited the restaurant to have their pupusas only. The pupusas did not disappoint - they were good! The rest of the food does not look too appetizing and still have not tried anything else. Area improvement: customer service and atmosphere. The main host at the counter is not friendly at all and does not seem excited by her customers business. The atmosphere dim and somewhat depressing. I have never dined in and have only picked up - but the place is not inviting. BUT, their pupusas were good and well worth a quick stop!
