My driver lisence is from another State and I understand that I cannot fill out anything to make changes. Do I need to just show up in person?

If you have your birth certificate and two proof of residency PLUS your social security card, you can apply for a REAL ID online. Once you upload the documents you'll get a confirmation number with a STOP SIGN showing. That's the only way you're going to get into the DMV currently.

Yes show up in person be sure to have a birth certificate and 2 pieces of mail to confirm where you live. If you're from another state it should be the same thing.
