All of your lovely entrees look like they may be vegan ...is that so ? And if not, could they be made vegan ? We will be in the area in the first week of January and would love to eat here :)

All entrees, appetizers, the soup, most salads and all desserts are vegan. The pizzas can be made vegan by omitting the cheese

Almost everything can be made vegan or it's already vegan. The food is so good.
