I went to this apartment today to check if they have a 1BR Unit. Tammy is so professional and sweet to give me all information I need though they don't have a 1BR unit available until end of this coming September. I hope the apartment is as good as Tammy.

Of all the places that I have stated in the last few years, this would have to be the best. Tammy (housing office) is great to work with and very responsive to phone calls. I initially looked up this and two other properties and what made me choose this one was the service that I received. I was moving into the area from overseas and she was up all hours of the night to help me get the paperwork submitted and approve that way when I did arrive, an apartment was one less thing I had to worry about. The maintenance crew here is also great to work with. Jeremy (runs the Maintenance shop). Is quick to respond day or night. If you have an opportunity to check it out I would highly recommend getting in contact with Tammy ASAP.

Just have to come back here and renew my five star review. The staff here are incredible and will literally help you with anything at the drop of a hat, dang near any time of the day. Jeremy & Tammy are both just incredible. 10/10 would recommend for the staff alone, nevermind the 5 star location and the fact our rent didn’t go up with inflation like everyone elses seemed to do.

The Crest is a wonderful place to live, with well-kept grounds, amazing customer service, and overall wonderful people, location, and facility. Tammy is the best landlord I could ever have asked for. Jeremy is a hard-working and very responsive maintenance director there also. There is a strong community and all are very friendly, welcoming, and respectful of each other's spaces.

Submission of the following documentation: -Income verification - A minimum of two (2) years of verifiable employment or source of Income (pay stubs, W-2s, etc.): -Gross monthly income must be 2.5 times the rent -Income must be verifiable from its source in writing for the last thirty (30) days. -Gross monthly income for all leaseholders is combined. -Income received annually will be averaged over 12 months. 5.
