An absolutely amazing place to live - highly recommend it if you are moving to the Monterey area! Great location (beach access is walkable, short drive to downtown Monterey). Dixie and Francisco are simply stellar at what they do as they take care of the management and maintenance sides of the entire complex. The unit itself is outstanding, very modern, well-maintained, and spacious. During the height of the pandemic several months ago, Dixie made the entire process very easy and convenient. We moved here from Japan and she accommodated our schedule and needs from the other side of the world! With her help, we virtually toured an available unit, remotely negotiated and signed our lease. We just recently moved in this June and we could not be happier. You will not regret moving here!

I recently moved to the Seventeen Mile Drive Village Apartments, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The grounds are extremely well maintained, and my apartment is fully appointed and immaculate. From touring the apartment to lease signing, Dixie has been a delight to work with. I'm glad to be calling this community my home.
