Had a reservation and was running a bit late. Customer service said they would wait on us till we got there. Get there and there is no car available for us.

I contacted the Lehigh Acres office to help me understand my bill. I sat on the phone as Shannon the manager was speaking to her employees. As the call was taking a long time I told her I didn’t have time to stay on the phone as she trained her employees. She continually interrupted me when I tried to speak and hung up on me. I’ve worked in the travel industry for 30 years. I’ve never seen such unprofessional behavior. What a sad day for Enterprise to have someone like this representing their company.

If Shannon Lee isn’t the manager-she should be! She is a strong leader who is polite, effective, and versatile. A true team player! I have worked in many leadership roles and I would love to have someone like her on my team. My experience at this location was superb because of her and Angelica. This woman (Shannon) was capable of answering the forever ringing phone, coordinating details, thinking ahead, satisfying EVERYONE, driving cars around front or back personally, educating the other staff and customers as well as being capable of tastefully delegating to other team members. I’m seriously impressed- not to mention that she follows all of Enterprise’s policies and procedures to a T- which doesn’t happen at other locations. It doesn’t matter what issue you throw at her because she can conquer them all. Promote ahead of peers! Thank you. #remain humble

Absolutely the worst rental experience I ever had. Enterprise's GM called me telling me I had to return the call in the most unprofessional manner, my shop said I didn't. Went back and fourth to have the GM raise his voiced insinuate I stole the vehicle and than proceed to threated " legal action" which I'm assuming is collections. 2 months of rentals, and I'd rather buy a beater to get around then ever rent from them again. The assistant manager I believe was beyond professional and polite. The Branch manager needs to be doing collection work for sub prime lending and not customer service.

If your returning it in the same county no charge. I am not sure of the rates once you leave the county to drop it off.
Depends on the car and size. You can call and ask them. They will answer all your questions. Or better yet you can download the app and type in for how long and of course which vehicle and in seconds it will answer your questions.
Yes. There may be an additional fee associated with it, because you're taking from one inventory, and giving to another. I think it may be an additional 10 dollars.
There's only a few employees working. Book online or go in person. Same good service as always 😊
Either get it another day or drop it off and put keys in drop box
Just go to their website and look. It's that easy 😎
Better to call to find out what they have available for that time frame
It all depends on the type of vehicle and the length of the rental.. Visit their website for details.
