Yes you can get inside, the lines are sometimes long but it moves at a good pace
Easier to apply online, scan and attach copies of documents needed, then you will receive appointment password to take to DMV and go to front of line!
No you can get inside but make sure you bring all the right documents and you will have to get there early to get a good spot inline
