I don’t know the name of the woman I spoke with on the phone but she helped me out super quick and easy for more info on getting my name changed. I was genuinely surprised at how easy it was to get in touch with someone human. And she was very friendly over the phone.

Took me a few tries to book an appointment by phone, but I get it, they are swamped with calls. When I called this morning, Jessie helped me and he was so nice and helpful and very quick. Thank you!

Try calling them! I had to figure multiple applications and ended up doing them over the phone with a case worker!
No.
How much do they get ?
how can i see the answers?
You can only change your address if you’re receiving benefits. You can do it online or in person.
SLO office closes at noon on Wednesdays.
Nope
Yes it open at 9am
Not that I'm aware of but if your mom needs help around the house (anything from light house cleaning, errands, shopping, self-care, cooking, etc.) and if she's eligible, SLO County Social Services will be what you're looking for. There's a service provided by them that matches you up with an IHSS provider (In-Home Social Services) that's outfitted to your needs and requirements Basically, someone at Social Services conducts an assessment of your ADL's (activities of daily living) highlights the areas of concern and provides the agency with a profile/outline of services to assist. It could be anywhere from a couple of hours a week to several hours a day, just depends. You might have to try a few out before you find the right fit for your mom, but generally my experience with them has been nothing but positive. Hope this helps.😇
I believe all you have to do is go down apply for one under his behalf at the local Social security office. Generally you walk up and there's a kiosk machine greeting you and requesting why where I should say what is your business with him today. You'll answer me Social security replacement Social security card. Takes usually three to five business days.

You can make an appointment on the website. Make sure you go to ssa.gov
Fill out a xhange of name form
Call or go to office
Off there website
That is a question that can be best answered by either Medicare or HICAP.
Call them. They do take walk-ins, but wait times for that are hit and miss.
It is like the DMV. You can just walk in and wait or go online to ssa.gov. you can call the toll free number as well. You can do a lot of things on the website or phone
Internet/ phone call
Internet
Go on line or call. Either way.
2022 UPDATE: The Fox is in the Henhouse and no one cares. 1 office in particular has withheld at least $10k from a family members disability account and there's no one who will hold the office accountable, including Bakersfield Senator McCarthy's office. Make a SSA account online. Through that site you can request a call back. Usually takes same amount if time but you won't be on hold.
Yes for sure
No, but unless you want to sit there for a minute, make one.
Yes. Make an online account at SSA.gov Perhaps you can stop the process without going into the office.
Bring a picture ID, your social security number, proof of when your employment ends/ended, that you are not already receiving benefits (get via SS website), and your birth certificate. If they say they do not need your birth certificate, make them take it or give them a photo copy anyway because later they will tell you they need it and it will delay you getting benefits.
Probably best if you visited the social security administration official website
