Ordered chicks online, 4 of 10 arrived dead. There was no heat pad or gro gel, nothing. Figure it's a miracle any survived. No answer to emails. So I would not purchase again.

Hello Judy, we do not carry chicks year round in our stores, but we do offer them online. Chicks can be ordered online, year round, and are sent to your local post office to be handled until you pick them up.
