We have a shop at our Spring Valley location where we service furniture items that were bought at Weir's. If this is the case, contact our Customer Service team at 214-522-3780. If it is a piece purchased elsewhere, then you should contact a local repair/upholstery shop. Unfortunately, we do not have a recommendation for you on this as we don't use any outside repair facilities.
If the damage is reasonable, bring it in the store and they’ll fix it right up!
