Space is great, always fun merchandise. But I wish someone would greet me, ask if I need assistance ... at the register with my goods is too late. It also dissuaded me from spending more on furniture; I can just shop online for furniture, I guess.

The absolute WORST customer service ever! They aren’t friendly or professional. This team offered to assist after we walked the store one full lap no ( 10 minutes). When I inquired about a few pieces they were out of stock. Why have salespeople who aren’t in the business of making a sale. This is my second and final time coming to this store. The entire team needs to be trained on how to sale, close deals and offer options in an effective manner.

FABULOUS store as it is on its own; but in this day & age, when the service expectations in the service industry are low, it's a pleasure when it's well above the normal. Johan, at the Dallas Galleria location accommodated my request with holding something I was dying to purchase. He knew who I was when I entered the store and was expecting me. He provided such amazing service that I had to come write this review. I will most certainly return and you now have a loyal customer.
