The office is closed on Saturdays. They will be open tomorrow but only until 3 pm.
I believe "rent" is due on the first of the month. This is the 17th. If you are temporarily locked out fir non payment, I would guess you will need to physically show up and pay in person. I would try calling the office first.
Yes your both correct. I have phoned the office. I did find they are closed today But only wished there was option to oay online.
