Hospital, and beside the door on the right side of the desk take a number, and talk to the people in the business office. As Vicster Hamster (above), has pointed out, The State of Idaho also has a Veteran's Home in Boise, and if memory serves, a "satellite" facility in Twin Falls specifically for Veterans residing in Idaho. The State facility in Boise is just across the street from the eye clinic building on the V. A. "Campus".
