Hello my name is Jocelyn and I work for this company and I just wanna say how awful they treat you here! Your foreman/ supervisor will let you struggle and fall behind and make you feel awful instead of getting you the help you need to succeed in this business. They talk about how we are a “team” but they wont send you help when they clearly see that you need it! They make you fix someone elses mistakes instead of the person who made the mistakes, but lord forbid if I mess something up I gotta fix it myself plus other peoples mistakes with absolutely no help, meanwhile all the other departments are in A GROUP helping eachother out, but I literally have to beg for help and even then I dont get it, they would rather write you up for not doing something even tho they see that you’re struggling and clearly need help and are far behind from everyone else with absolutely no help THAN TO GET YOU THE HELP YOU NEED, so with that being said you wanna be treated like garbage & and overworked for $20 an hour then this is your place to go ! ☺️

Would give zero stars if it were an option. Worst decision and even worse experience I could have ever imagined. These homes are cheap and very poorly put together. Two years old and my roof leaks like a sieve. Insurance won't even cover due to poor construction and workmanship! The construction is horrible. Literally paper and sticks! Any upgrades to the cost of $270,000! Complaints to both the dealer and the manufacturer with no results. Would be happy to discuss with anyone with questions!

Nice place to work if you can handle long hours. But rewarding at the end of the week

What year did you get your home and do you know the model
Yes
They do not have any homes on display at this location as it is the factory. You would need to find a dealer to see display homes.
The majority of Kit's homes qualify for the mh advantage program on a standard basis. Certain homes though need to add a higher roof pitch option.
Hi Bryan- Thanks for reaching out. What city/state are you located? I would be happy to help you find the closest KIT retailer.
When I worked with kits I put an average of 77 hours a week the pay was great but it is hard work
We do not have a factory in Oregon but we ship homes to Oregon and have several dealers in Oregon. Visit our website for the names and locations of our dealers.
I work there but the answer is about1 hour but working there is more like a tour of duty! LOL!
