Nice place. Definitely end of season. Water is too warm fish aren't biting due to overgrowth.

I don't know about freezing, but I do know that the fishing there is really poor. I don't know anyone who has ever caught anything there.

I dont believe you can. And crackheads tend to frequent it at the later hours...wouldn't recommend it.
