Its not the same as Silverlake, This Restaurant is from the original chain that started as Alphy's Restaurants then changed the name to Millie's. Hi, the answer to your question is no. The one in Silverlake is called Millie's Café and this one is Millie's Restaurant & Bakery in Covina. If you are ever in Covina you may want to stop on by Millie's. They have nice hand pies available and their Chicken Tortillas Soup is really good.
