Yes, and their still as rude as ever.If you go back to one review someone complained that the bar tender didn't take their order.The owner responded "It was Halloween, he was probably busy.If you live so close by, do your drinking somewhere else"
Yes it is...we booked two nights there for Thanksgiving dinner, had a horrible table in the corner with folding chairs...the food was cold and the manager said that was the luck of the draw! after complaining to the owner who never called us since then, he writes they were were rude and suggested that we never come back again...he never called in over a month to find out our side of the story, but merely took the managers story who has no business managing anything. For an owner not listening to customer complaints is unheard of..I have owned and been a manager of many business's over the years and I would not have treated customers this way ever! By the way the rooms have also gone downhill, the bathrooms had mold right outside if the shower...What a waste of a good environment..we have spent many holidays and times here...but we will take the owners advise and never go there again and hope that you will not to that establishment again...as he said may he do a new year's resolution
