Nicole is full of information about getting settled into the area. She has Great contacts with local service vendors, such as well drillers, septic installation contractors, and stone suppliers, and was very helpful in closing the deal, with Placer Tittle Co. I will keep in contact with her for future remodel properties, and vacant land purchases.

What started out as a bittersweet 1031 Exchange frenzy ended miraculously with the purchase of our dream home, thanks to the Land and Home Company! Nicole Goostree and her partner Melissa Bowman exceeded our expectations and outshined the other agents that we partnered with in various regions of California, Washington and Oregon. From our first interaction, to our escrow closing celebration, Nicole and Melissa had our best interest at heart, and went out of their way to support us throughout the home search and purchasing process. With their calm and friendly demeanor, they listened, advised, guided, represented, and advocated upon our behalf. As importantly, their Calaveras County wisdom, open communication, accessibility, firm negotiation skills, professional demeanor, and winning attitude made the whole home buying experience a wonderful one, and for that we are grateful. They are simply the BEST!

Three things you need to know about Nicole Goostree: 1. When we gave her the listing for our property she told us we should begin immediately to find another place to live...because our home would sell on the first day it was presented to the public. It did. 2. She told us there were going to be snags, problems, unforeseen and unforeseeable issues along the way. There were. She handled them. 3. She said her team (associates, photographer, vendors etc.) we're superior to the team we had used in a previous effort. They were. The photography and video presentation of the property was breathtaking and the marketplace responded enthusiastically. We received three offers the first day of showings and multiple offers all exceeded our asking price by a significant margin. Thank you...thank you...thank you Nicole...you're the best.

You give a certified or cashier's check to cover the closing costs. You could also send these funds via wire transfer.
Mortgage pre-approval usually lasts for 60 - 90 days.
Most closing timeframes on a house takes 30 to 45 days from when your loan begins processing.
There are several reliable ways to raise credit score when you want to buy a home. You can reduce your credit card balances, have friends or relatives with great credit add you to their accounts as an authorized user, and find and erase credit report errors.
There are many factors that a buyer might take into consideration that could possibly lead to a buyer paying less than the asking price. These include time on the market, condition of the property, a bad inspection, etc...
How long it takes to buy a house? The correct answer is it depends. On average, a homebuyer can spend a few days going through the initial pre-approval process, anywhere from a few weeks to a few months shopping for the right home. Then closing the estate can take 30-45 days.
Because it is impossible to accurately value home without a physical inspection by a professional Real Estate appraiser. Zestimates can also mislead homeowners into pricing their homes incorrectly ultimately losing the equity in the process. Realtors also objected when Zillow sold agents “positions” on its website next to listed homes.
Both websites have their flaws and can be misleading buyers and sellers with less than factual property pricing. Having an in-person appraiser come to your home or Commercial property is the only way to accurately price the property's value.
Real Estate Agents are licensed professionals who represent buyers or sellers in real estate transactions. A real estate agent usually works on commission, only being paid a percentage of the property's sale price usually paid by the seller.
