I bought a kitty yesterday. On the way home she sneezed a few times. Her eye got goopy. Her vac document says she might have URI. Why didn't they tell me that? Can a dog get sick from a kitty. I can't afford a vet bill

You should definitely give them a call first thing Monday morning. They are usually more than happy to treat infections that developed during the animal's stay at the shelter, if they should flare up after adoption. With no additional cost to you.

They're usually pretty good about going over everything so perhaps in your excitement you didn't hear everything lol or if they were busy it may have been overlooked. Call them in the morning and they will take care of you and your new fur-baby and congratulations!!!!
