We dress nice but casual. No jacket needed, and not comfortable when it's warm on the patio. I would probably wear a sport coat in cool weather. I've seen jeans but most wear nicer trousers.
You can be dressed up and casual. None feel awkward.
Yes ma'am, twenty years ago it was more formal, but these days they have relaxed the dress code.
