Who is the manager of this facility. This place needs a major overhaul customers leave because of wait time. Nobody ever pays atention to the long forming line. I myself have have left because of this issue. Terrible customer service.!!!

Front cashiers do need to call for help earlier. It's a Very Busy Store. But these folks are great. Never EVER been disrespected or insulted: just the opposite. Huge turnover in back room workers. I noticed the New ones don't seem to care where they put or throw things. Prices some times higher than they should be. But no bad customer service.

THIS IS AUBURN GOODWILL---- right??? IF U R POOR DONT FREQUENT THIS STORE. PRICEZ ATE HORRIBLE. I. E. TOWELS OLD OLD SRE ALL 3.99. USED DIRTY TOWELS. EVERYTHONG IS HELACIOUSLY OVERPRICED. I WAS TOLD THEY ARE RAISING ALL PROCES BY $1-1.50!!!!! Swear. This store is ugly. Disorganized but the employees are VERY able bodied. Clothing is not clean and WAY WAY overpriced. Pair of kids shorts 4.99. Wrinkled. Not clean. Disgusting. You can do do mucj better at wal mart. No joke. They dont care abt our homeless population or anyone!! I was told that THIS STORE WAS "for profit". THEN WHY ATE THEY ACCEPTING DONATIONS?????????
