I've had them fail to send prescription approvals to the pharmacy multiple times despite them telling me over the phone it was being sent, resulting in me being unable to get one if my medications for multiple months in a row. They do not answer theirphone, do not allow you to wait on hold, send you straight to voicemail instead, yet they do not return those messages. I'm incredibly frustrated and unsatisfied with the quality if care, yet have no other choice due to my insurance.

I had a very frustrating experience today with Western Sierra Medical Clinic in Auburn today. If I could give 0 stars I would. I was running late to my appointment. I called and let them know ahead of time and was told if I arrived by 2:55 (within 10 minutes of my appointment time)I would be seen. I drove 25 mins from Grass Valley arrived within the 10 minute window only to be turned away by a very rude receptionist. I would have happily re-scheduled when I called, but was told I could be seen on the condition that I arrived by 2:55. I arrived at 2:53, spoke with the receptionist at 2:54 who went back to check with my provider, Kirsten George. The receptionist walked away, and came back to notify me that she changed her mind and refused to check with my provider or notify her of my arrival. She said I would need to reschedule. Needless to say, I did not reschedule and am now seeking a new provider. Again, I would have happily rescheduled initially, instead of driving from GV to Auburn. Terrible experience and rude front desk staff.
