I have lived at palm Terrace Apartments for many years. I have never felt so safe and that is because of the hard work of management. She is on top of everything going on here. You can come to her anytime her door is always open to discuss any concerns you might have. If you submit a work order it is handled in timely manner. This is a great community to raise children. The property is cared for with a gardener every week and it shows. I can’t say enough about the manager here she is always so welcoming. Thank you for doing such an amazing job.

Since moving in my two children and I have never felt more at home. We love our place!! The apartment manager Alma is the absolute BEST!! Always kind, knowledgeable and professional. The grounds are kept very clean and it has a real since of community. We love living here!

Wonderful apartment complex! The apartment manager really cares and will do all that she can to ensure that you and your household are doing well! Maintenance is great and on top of things, and there's always some little event going on here, whether it's for families with smaller children or charitable donations.

Palm Terrace has been a wonderful place to live. I believe it is the best complex in Auburn.. The grounds are kept nicely and maintained weekly. Alma Paz is fair and treat her residents with respect and courtesy. Palm Terrace Maintenance works hard to upkeep and make repairs in a professional and timely manner. Palm Terrace is a family oriented community and as a 20 plus year resident, I can say that it's been a pleasure to live here. My children were raised here and when they come to visit, they still consider Palm Terrace their childhood home. I have enjoyed being apart of a clean and safe community and look forward to another year at Palm Terrace.
