I am Dr. Tiwana's patient on Timbelake in Elk Grove. Is the office closed? For several weeks I haven't gotten response to CVS fax asking prescription refill. Tried leaving message or getting connected to Sacramento or Roseville locations.

I just got my prescription refill last week and also had an appointment the beginning of frebruary.

This is the worst office for any refill issues. Tried calling 3 days & was finally told they were calling mine in to CVS but it wasn't. Tried calling after hours doctor but no answer & voice mail was full so couldn't leave a message. They don't care

Sorry for the inconvenience. Anytime you run into such issues please call the clinic after hours ( after 5 pm ) and directly speak to the doctor and so that we can take care of issues sooner .
