They are always rescheduling phone appointments then the Doctor doesn't call.. It is unacceptable.

My anesthesiologist was great. The CRNA was great. The issue is their ( Apollo's) billing process. I didn't realize I had an outstanding bill for them until I checked my credit report to find a bill from them as my only negative mark. A measly $200 bill at that! I didn't recieve an actual bill from Apollo like I did the surgeon and hospital! On my credit report, it gave a number to contact with questions; the number was to the local hospital, which is NOT where the money is collected. I know this because I worked there! I contacted their coordinator at the local hospital (she was extremely helpful and confused to why the hospital number was listed as well), who contacted their billing department 2 or 3 times trying to get them to contact me. They finally contacted me and gave me a number for Cascade Recievables. I attempted to pay them for almost two months, but kept being told "the account wasn't in office" and therefore they couldn't accept my payment until it was. I called every week and attempted to pay, only to be told the same thing. Then a second collection company, Elevate Recoveries started calling trying to collect on the SAME accounts. They both kept saying I was paying an ER physician, which I have never been a patient in the ER or seen an ER physician, so I don't know where that misinformation came from. One told me not to pay the other and to pay them, yet they couldn't accept the payment. They didn't want to do a conference call to resolve the issue. And all the while, they BOTH kept saying it was to prevent it from being on my credit report, which is ALREADY WAS, otherwise I'd never known it existed!!! It was ridiculous!! And someone wonders why bills don't get paid?!

When you select a primary care physician it is a shot in the dark. When you repeatedly call, as well as leave messages, to set up an appointment and hear nothing back. Not only is the staff awful but it leaves a bad taste for Dr. Panesar as well.

I love Apollo Physicians! Dr. Tiwana and Dr. Dhaliwal have been nothing short of wonderful. For the first time in years, after having Kaiser, this is actually a visit to the doctor's office that I enjoy. The front desk staff, medical assistants and nurses are all friendly and explain everything clearly. My PCP, Dr. Tiwana has constantly gone above and beyond to help with whatever I need. I am generally able to get an appointment the same, if not the following day with one of their doctors to have any medical issue addressed. The only problem that I have ever experienced with this office is with referrals, but I am told that it will be taken care of soon, and I trust that it will. I would also not recommend Dr. Panesar, he can be kind of condescending.
