A library card is needed only to check out items or to use online resources. Anyone can come into to the library to read books and attend programs. Also we have free WiFi.
No library card (membership) required to read books in library. Covid restrictions caused the removal of almost seating. As of mid May, the seating restrictions are still in place with only 6 chairs and 2 hard backless benches. The staff clearly designed seating to force the public out of the building. So you are allowed to read without a membership but there is no longer a place in the library to comfortably read.
