If a Lego part is jammed,or won't release, running it under mild warm water, usually works for me. Or if you live in a high humidity area,let your Lego part sit outside (summer or spring, not fall or winter), to help it release.
I'm sure someone there will help separate parts you are having trouble with. Not an official service I don't think, but the people there are incredibly helpful and friendly.
