Ok so I know about the tax-free purchases benefit that a commisary provides us, does this apply to cigarettes and alcohol purchases as well?? In the very anti-smoking attitudes of N. Calufornia??

The Moffett Field Commissary does not carry alcohol. I didn't check for cigarettes, so i'm not sure on those.

I don't smoke, but only AAFES sells cigarettes and alcohol with a surcharge and no tax.
