Ashley is correct. My daughter tried on Prom dresses @ David's Bridal. We had the dress altered, but not @ David's. We took her dress to Annie's Alterations in Greece. Annie did such a beautiful job. I will always take my alteration needs to Annie's. She is so wonderful & sweet. Remember: Annie's Alterations 💜✌️
They should take measurements before you try on a wedding dress. They keep those in your file. You have to then make a separate appointment for alterations - which are more expensive than most places - so be mindful of that. You shouldn't have a timeframe for alterations after purchasing the dress. Unless you are wanting to return the dress, then usually within 30 to 90 days. I would double check with them for an exact timeframe for returns. I bought my dress 2 years ago and just this summer took it in for alterations
They didnt take my measurements you order a standard size they pay to alter...I only needed my dress busseled as it fit perfect.
