Not only did I get my own beautiful, affordable wedding dress from here but I have gotten many bridesmaids dresses as well. Recently I had to get a new size very last minute because of my growing pregnant belly- with the wedding less than two weeks away and the store not having it in stock, Mikayla reached out to stores all around the U.S. trying to find me this dress to get it shipped overnight. The amount of helpfulness, kindness and dedication is what continues to make the experiences here so great! Also- Thank you times a million Mikayla, you deserve the world & You’re my hero!!

Every single employee here made my night amazing. After thinking I needed to buy a new wedding dress, the manager told me to come into the store to a) try on dresses b) have their head seamstress take a look at the gown I already had that was altered elsewhere. When I came in, I was met with pure compassion and validation. Oli was able to work her magic and fix the issue with the previously altered dress in a timeframe that worked with my busy schedule. The fact that the staff were able to get me into an appt at 6pm when I called at 515pm sobbing about my dress, just shows you how much they value their customers and doing what they can to help. Although I didn’t purchase my gown from David’s, I am SO GLAD I brought it for the concerns I had regarding alterations I needed. What wonderful humans working at this store.
