You can park when going down clinton(one way) and take a left just past the ice rink( formerly the fountains. You can park all along the right for free.
Street side parking
Parking is free after 6 pm for on street parking
you can park any side street with a meters parking spot and it is free after 9 pm
In front of the paper place ...salina st or handover
Might I recommend a park & ride? Buses leave the square for the burbs until Nine.
There is limited parking by the ice rink. Across Salina Street is a option as well as West Erie Blvd.
