It is if you can carry the child in a hiking baby carrier (front-facing, behind you). Chicco and REI make several if you need some suggestions. We did the Gorge Trail with my daughter, who is 2, and she loved it--but only because she rode in the carrier the whole time. Definitely not something a child could do by just walking alone.
Not really.. it is long.. the child will get tired.. its not stroller friendly either
Well, It depends. I had my ~2 year old boy happily hiked "down" the Gorge trail. (We dit it only one way, from the upper entrance to the main entrance) At some stretches with steep steps, if course I had to carry him , but overall he enjoyed. *The gorge trail is Not stroller-friendly
I personally wouldn't bring a 2 year old on the trails
Suggest stroller for 2 year old. Trails and walkways are good. Lots of stairs
For 2 to 5 is not advisable. There is sit out to enjoy
