The only fee is for parking. There isnt a fee to walk the park though.
It depends on the season. Out of season it's free of charge except for parking if you choose the across the street parking lot.
Once you pay once you can go in and out all day. Unless you are chamipng there is no fee
Also, I'm pretty sure with NY state parks, once you pay for one, you can get into all of them without paying for parking if you keep your slip. Just something to check if you're thinking about visiting multiple parks.
Parking is $8 dollars, you'll get a slip to put in your windshield to show you've paid.
