I would agree with Ian . U can access the main entrance area and the gift shop .but most of the trails would not be suitable to a wheelchair.
There are alot of stairs and ramps using a wheelchair is definitely not recommended.

Definitely not wheelchair friendly. There is park and parking area at the top but the surface is not even. Only the bottom of the gorge is paved
