You can, but arduous and not recommended. Last visited 6/9/19.
It consists mainly of stairs and is about 1.5 to 2 miles to the top. Not made for strollers. With all this rain the trail is wet and muddy in spots. I was just there 2 days ago.
A lot of steps. Get a "backpack" for the baby. I saw a lot of people have them. When comfortable shoes too, may get a little wet.
Do not bring a stroller, it would be impossible, later in the summer when the trail is fully open you could do that
I would avoid a stroller
Are there steps to climb?
It would be very difficult.
I won't suggest you do... It's a tough terrain with many waterfalls and thus , slippery areas
