How much time is usually spent in the park ?

A one way casual walk up Gorge Trail is about an hour. You can come back Gorge, take Indian Trial back which is quicker and easier or take the shuttle back. I'd say minimum an hour and 15 minutes and the max is a day at the Park if you swim at the pool or do other ancillary trails.

That's all up to you. You can use the pool. Hike up and ride down. Picnic.. heck. Camp out. The time is yours to spend.
