Can you only swim in the pool that they have or can you go in the water in the and rivers and waterfalls? (Sorry if this has been asked. Can’t find it)

I don't think you can swim in the river no way to get in. i never saw a pool of course i didnt see all of it and i was there only a few hrs

Most of the time people swim in the pool or simply go to Seneca Lake. It is gorgeous! There are smalling waterfalls here and there that I have seen some people stop at but your best bet imo is go to the lake.

Sorry, no swimming allowed in any falls. But Seneca Lake is near by with swimming, boating, tours, water activities, etc.
