There's a small 0-6-0 locomotive numbered 8 inside, but I don't know the name. Please tell me?

Those are 2 different locomotives. One of them is a Baldwin 0-6-0 No. 26. The other is a Lowville & Beaver River Railroad Shay No. 8.

I figured it out! It's Spang, Chalfani Co & Inc.
