I realize rides have been cancelled. What exactly is open for the public to see? Can you go on board cabooses, passenger cars and into the cab of the steam locomotives.

Some of the areas are closed off now due to covid, but you can tour all over the outside (they have at any time 3 or more engines or cabs available. You can't go up into the cabins, but you can see the outside. Not sure if this summer they'll do the locomotive week, but the rooms where you can see how things are fixed/restored are not open yet. You can access the yards and there are usually one or two trains moving around. And the trolley museum, across the road, has resumed rides.
