im not sure what you mean by sightseeing tickets. tickets for what? its free to get in to steamtown. if you check their website it gives you the full schedule of trainrides
I am not able to answer that as I was part of a group of 25 who went. And I was not the one in charge of organizing it. I'm sorry. There may be a FAQ section on the website and I'm sure you could always call them.
