They do a free rabies clinic but only once or twice a year. As JoAnn said if you adopt its part of the adoption package. I adopted a sweet lil pup from there this summer and couldn't be happier.
I don't know if they do. If you adopt an animal they do administer a rabies vaccine before you take the animal.
