Less then 30min to process application for SSC replacement. Get there early no issues.

So easy to change my name after getting married. I checked the website for what I needed to send. I mailed my marriage certificate and passport to them (overnight certified) on Saturday, it arrived to them Monday, I had a letter back with my documents on Wednesday, and my new Social Security card back the following Saturday. I really can't believe how easy it was considering the bad reputation the SSA has! lol Mailing it in and saving myself the trip and wait in line was so worth it. Very happy with the prompt service.
