Great staff. From my own personal experience the staff truly care. Especially Terri from the Batavia, NY location, Coastal is very fortunate to have her as an employee. I dealt with her most if the time I been with Coastal and she is amazing. Keep up the great work and don't become a crappy agency like Remedy in Batavia.
